Martial arts are codified systems of combat practices for a number of reasons such as self-defense; military and law enforcement applications; competition, physical and mental development etc.

Martial arts have been the basis of Education in Spartan in the early ages though originated from Korea, Japan and China. The benefits of martial arts include confidence and self-esteem boost, increase in focus, cardiovascular health, stress relief, flexibility, balance and agility. Students participates in varieties of martial arts classes such as Taekwondo, kick-boxing, etc.
